1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, well-drained

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (for a richer flavor, use Japanese Kewpie mayo)

1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust according to your desired spice level)

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

1 green onion, finely chopped

1 small cucumber, finely diced

1 ripe avocado, diced into small pieces

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

1 head of butter lettuce or romaine, leaves carefully separated

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

In a medium mixing bowl, add the well-drained tuna. Stir in the mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly until the tuna is well-coated and all ingredients are evenly combined. Feel free to adjust the Sriracha to suit your spice preference.

    Gently fold in the finely chopped green onion, diced cucumber, avocado, and cilantro. Be careful not to mash the avocado; mix just until combined.

      Prepare the lettuce leaves by rinsing them under cold running water to remove any dirt. Pat them dry gently with a paper towel. Selection of larger leaves will make assembling the wraps easier.

        To assemble your wraps, take one lettuce leaf and place a generous scoop of the spicy tuna mixture in the center.
