1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 ripe avocados, diced into bite-sized pieces

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup corn (fresh or canned, drained if using canned)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Optional: 1 tablespoon hot sauce for a spicy twist
