1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

4 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, ground cumin, lime juice, and lime zest until well combined. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to your liking. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are thoroughly coated in the marinade.
