1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Marinate the Beef: In a mixing bowl, add the thinly sliced beef flank steak, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and the cornstarch. Toss well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 10 minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
