4 tablespoons olive oil

6 cloves of garlic, finely minced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional for added depth)

    Prepare the Cabbage: Start with the cabbage by removing any damaged or wilted outer leaves. Cut the cabbage into thick slices, approximately 1-inch wide, which will form your “steaks.” From a large cabbage, you should be able to cut about 4 to 6 steaks.

      Create the Garlic Oil Mixture: In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Stir all the ingredients thoroughly until you have a well blended garlic-infused oil.
