4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 medium onion, finely chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

2 cups fresh spinach, washed and roughly chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Season the Chicken: Begin by generously seasoning both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, ensuring even coverage.
