One-Pan Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Skillet

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup heavy cream

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons olive oil

Prepare the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the bite-sized chicken pieces with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika for an extra flavor kick. Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and fully cooked through. Once done, transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
