Ingredients

1 package of wonton wrappers (approximately 36 wrappers)

1 can (5 oz) of tuna, drained (preferably in water)

1 ripe avocado, mashed to a creamy consistency

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

1 small green onion, finely chopped

1 small cucumber, finely diced for crunch

Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Fresh cilantro leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it's hot and ready for baking.

Prepare the Wonton Cups: Lightly coat a muffin tin with cooking spray. Take each wonton wrapper and gently press it into the muffin tin slots, ensuring they form small cup shapes.

Bake the Wontons: Place the muffin tin in the preheated oven and bake the wonton wrappers for about 8-10 minutes, or until they turn crispy and achieve a lovely golden-brown color. Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.

Make the Tuna Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, the creamy mashed avocado, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, soy sauce, lime juice, and the chopped green onions. Stir everything together until the mixture is smooth and all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Season to Taste: Give your tuna and avocado mixture a taste, and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper according to your preference.

Fill the Wonton Cups: Once the baked wonton cups have cooled completely, use a spoon to generously fill each cup with the tuna avocado mixture, making sure to fill each one to the brim.

Add Crunch with Cucumber: To each filled wonton cup, add a few bits of diced cucumber on top for an extra layer of freshness and crunch.

Garnish Beautifully: Sprinkle sesame seeds over the filled cups and add a few fresh cilantro leaves on top for a pop of color and flavor.

Serve and Enjoy: Arrange your Mini Tuna Avocado Wonton Cups on a beautiful serving platter and present them right away. Enjoy this delightful, appetizer that is sure to impress!
