1/2 cup granola (select your favorite, whether sweetened or unsweetened)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, for flavor depth)

Prepare the Fruit: Begin by peeling the mangoes and cutting them into small, bite-sized pieces. Rinse the blackberries gently under cold running water to remove any dirt, then place them on a paper towel to dry completely.

    Sweeten the Yogurt (Optional): In a medium mixing bowl, blend the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and the vanilla extract (if you choose to include it). Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined and the yogurt reaches your desired level of sweetness.

      Layer the Parfaits: In your chosen parfait cups or glasses, start by adding a layer of the sweetened yogurt. Use approximately 1/4 of the yogurt mixture for this first layer.

        Add Mango: Top the yogurt layer generously with diced mangoes, using about half of the mango pieces for this layer.

          Add Blackberries: Next, create a layer of fresh blackberries atop the mango pieces, using half of the blackberries for this initial layer.

            Repeat Layers: Repeat the layering process, beginning again with another layer of yogurt, followed by the remaining diced mangoes and the remainder of the blackberries. Finish this assembly with a final layer of yogurt on top.
