2 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp vegetable oil

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 carrot, julienned

1 red bell pepper, julienned

1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced (or your choice of mushrooms)

1 cup fresh spinach, washed and dried

2 green onions, chopped

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
