1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or a mini loaf pan to prevent sticking.
