1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Salt to taste
