Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite flavored yogurt)

1 cup salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup granola clusters (choose your favorite flavors)

½ cup chopped nuts (pecans, almonds, or walnuts)

¼ cup mini chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white)

1 teaspoon sea salt (for topping)

Optional: Sliced bananas or strawberries for added flavor

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a sizable mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with ½ cup of salted caramel sauce. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Taste the mixture, and if you’d like it sweeter, feel free to add more caramel sauce according to your preference.

Incorporate Mix-ins: Carefully fold in the granola clusters, chopped nuts, and mini chocolate chips into the yogurt mixture. If you're using sliced bananas or strawberries, now's the time to gently mix them in as well, ensuring even distribution of flavors.

Form the Clusters: Using a tablespoon or a small ice cream scoop, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mix onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Leave a bit of space between each scoop, as they may expand slightly while freezing.

Add Another Layer of Caramel: Drizzle the remaining ½ cup of salted caramel sauce generously over each yogurt cluster. This not only adds sweetness but also gives a beautiful presentation.

Enhance with Sea Salt: Lightly sprinkle sea salt atop each cluster to elevate the sweet and salty contrast, making for an irresistible treat.

Freeze the Clusters: Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer. Allow the clusters to freeze for a minimum of 4-6 hours, or until they are solid and hold their shape well.

Serve and Savor: After freezing, carefully remove the clusters from the baking sheet. Enjoy them immediately or store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer, where they will keep for up to a month.

Prep Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 6 hours | Servings: 12 clusters

                  - Presentation Tips: For an elegant touch, serve the clusters on a colorful platter with fresh fruit garnish and a drizzle of additional caramel sauce around them.
