Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup granola (preferably a blend of nuts and fruits for added texture)

½ cup honey or maple syrup (for natural sweetness)

1 cup mixed dried fruits (such as cranberries, apricots, and raisins)

½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional, for extra sweetness and indulgence)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt

Fresh fruit slices (for garnish, optional)

Parchment paper (for lining the pan)

Instructions

Prepare the Pan:

Start by lining an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper. Make sure to leave some parchment overhanging the edges; this will help you lift the squares out easily once set.

      Mix Yogurt Base:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk the mixture until it's smooth and fully blended, ensuring that the sweetener and flavorings are evenly incorporated.

          Add Fillings:

Carefully fold in the granola, mixed dried fruits, and optional mini chocolate chips. Mix gently using a spatula to avoid breaking the granola and ensure that the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt base.

              Pour into Pan:

Transfer the yogurt and granola mixture into the prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to spread the mixture evenly across the pan, pressing it down firmly to make sure it is compact.

                  Freeze:

Place the baking pan in the freezer and let it sit for at least 4-6 hours, or until the mixture is completely firm and set.

                      Cut into Squares:

Once fully frozen, take the pan out of the freezer. Lift the yogurt block out of the pan by grasping the overhanging parchment paper. Transfer it to a cutting board and cut it into squares or rectangles of your preferred size.

                          Serve or Store:

Enjoy the squares immediately for a refreshing snack, or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one month. To prevent them from sticking together, place parchment paper between layers if stacking.

                              Garnish (optional):

For a vibrant touch, consider topping the squares with fresh fruit slices just before serving. This adds color and a burst of freshness to each bite.
