1/4 cup peanut butter (choose your favorite: smooth or chunky)

3 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon sriracha (optional, adjust for spice preference)

Salt and black pepper, to taste
