1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained and flaked

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or parsley for a different flavor)

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

1 small red onion, finely diced

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

1 cup mixed salad greens (a blend of spinach, arugula, or lettuce works well)

Optional: Sliced tomatoes or cucumbers for a refreshing crunch

Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, use a fork to mash the ripe avocado until it reaches a smooth consistency. Incorporate the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, and freshly squeezed lemon juice, mixing thoroughly until the mixture is creamy and well-combined.
