8 oz (225g) rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

1/4 cup Italian dressing (store-bought or homemade)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until it reaches an al dente texture. Once cooked, drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to halt the cooking process. Place it in a large bowl and allow it to cool completely.

    Prepare the Chicken: Ensure that your cooked chicken breast is at room temperature or chilled, then add the diced chicken to the large mixing bowl with the cooled pasta.
