1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

8 large jalapeños, halved and seeds removed

8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

16 slices of bacon, cut in half

Prepare the Jalapeños: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Carefully slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise using a sharp knife. Use a spoon or small knife to gently remove the seeds and membranes from each half, which will help reduce the heat and make room for the filling. Set the prepared jalapeños aside.

    Make the Filling: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese. Add in the garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Using a spatula or a hand mixer, mix the ingredients together until they are well blended, smooth, and creamy.
