1 (5 oz) can of tuna, drained and flaked

1 medium ripe avocado, perfectly mashed

1 tablespoon Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise for a classic touch)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, for a zesty kick

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, to brighten flavors

1 stalk celery, finely diced for crunch

1 small red onion, finely chopped for sweetness

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (or use parsley for a different flavor)

Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

4 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce) as wraps

Optional toppings: thinly sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, or crisp radish slices

Instructions
 

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained and flaked tuna with the creamy mashed avocado. Mix well until you achieve a smooth and cohesive texture.

    Add the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), Dijon mustard, and fresh lemon juice to the bowl. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are blended into a rich, creamy mixture.

      Gently fold in the finely chopped celery, red onion, and fresh cilantro until evenly distributed. Season the mixture with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.

        To assemble the wraps, arrange a large lettuce leaf flat on a clean surface or plate.

          Spoon a generous portion of the tuna salad mixture into the center of each lettuce leaf, ensuring it's evenly spread.

            Enhance the wrap with optional toppings such as thinly sliced cucumbers, halved cherry tomatoes, or crisp radish slices for an extra crunch and burst of flavor.
