1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Prepare the Avocado Spread: In a medium mixing bowl, use a fork to mash the ripe avocados until you achieve a creamy consistency. Stir in the fresh lemon juice, and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper according to your taste.     Cook the Bacon: In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until they are crispy and golden brown. Once cooked, transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess grease.
